Under the direct supervision of the Resident Services Manager or designee, the Resident Services Associate (RSA) provide...Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions in English fluently.
Must have current CPR (course required demonstration of competency) and first aid.
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., to bend, stoop, twist, and the ability to stand/walk 90% of working hours.
Experience in a senior living or retirement community preferred.

Additional Information
This position works on an “as needed” basis and the schedule will fluctuate based upon community needs. This position’s schedule also requires a minimum of working one (1) shift per pay period and/or two (2) shifts per month. Flexibility in working hours is necessary to fulfill job responsibilities including a rotating schedule, evening, or weekend availability. The employee is subject to personnel policies and procedures prescribed for all employees.
