Resident Services Coordinator - Assisted Living and Memory Care (LPN or RN)

The Inn on Villa Lane, a senior living community, seeks an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to oversee management of all resident care services including the caregiving team. We provide dignity and personalized care to 64 residents in our assisted living residence and to 21 residents in our memory care neighborhood.
The primary goal of the Resident Services Coordinator is to assure that care and services are provided in accordance with current State regulations and company policies and procedures. The ideal applicant will be a seasoned leader with excellent clinical skills and enjoy “hands-on” leadership and teaching, and understands that foremost, this setting isn’t just about nursing care; it’s about knowing your residents and meeting their needs. Our goal is to be known for compassionate, competent, and person-centered care.
We prefer applicants with a genuine passion for working with older adults suffering from memory loss, a positive “can-do” attitude, desire to be part of an awesome team, a born organizer, someone who handles emergencies with aplomb and a sense of humor.
Qualifications
Registered or Licensed Nurse with current California license in good standing.
Has two years of nursing experience, preferably in nursing administration, geriatric nursing, rehabilitation, or memory care.
At least one year demonstrated ability in nursing administration and/or supervision in a health community.
Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, concisely, and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing to residents, families, employees, and physicians.
