Overview:
The Resident Success Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, exercising judgment and discretion associated with the operation of the department.
Responsibilities:- Supports online grant solutions as Admin User. Prepares and authorizes LOCCS withdrawals, uploads annual budgets and reporting, including Glick Housing Foundation reporting and grant withdraws.
- Prepares all correspondence, scheduling, and organization of all paperwork, folders, etc. related to Quality Assurance audits. May be required to complete QA’s.
- Supports online service coordinator (SC) and property manager (PM) memberships to AASC and Family Metrics as Admin Supervisor.
- Prepares annual SC budgets and financial reporting related to expenses management as well as challenges the reporting when discrepancies are identified.
- Prepares all onboarding documents for SCs and PMs including scheduling, meet and greet materials, welcome gifts, etc.
- Prepares, with the assistance of the Director, grant materials, MOUs, and other related materials.
- Supports, and at times may lead, routine Resident Success training and onboarding sessions. Provides training/guidance to others in work area breaking down information in a systematic/logical manner.
- Develops reporting on service coordination “wins” reported quarterly to the Director.
- Develops and maintains all service coordination FAQs
- Plans and coordinates department functions such as SC Develops content along with the Director.
- Assists the Director and leads the execution of initiatives related to the department and/or properties.
- Reviews standards related to the service coordination functions of the department and communicates clearly/effectively to a wide range of audiences. Identifies process improvement and training needs.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training or
- Demonstrated administrative and/or management
- Knowledge of accounting and financial
- Proficient in standard information technology tools, including Office
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in
- Must be able to read and comprehend the English
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
