About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Low Voltage Project Manager to plan and supervise a portfolio of residential projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee installation procedures, ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and deliver the product to the construction team and ownership.. An excellent Project Manager must be well-versed in all residential technologies including but not limited to: audiovisuals, security, lighting, shades, networking, and more. You will work with our broader design, engineering, programming, and logistics departments to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all installation operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Supervise the work of onsite installers, field engineers, and other trades as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a low voltage project manager
- 5+ years of experience in low voltage, audiovisuals, security, or residential system installation
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
