At 30 days, you will receive $500, and at 90 days, you will receive another $500.
Full-time positions are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $2000!
At 90 days, you will receive $1,000, and at 180 days, you will receive another $1000.
We are hiring for the following shifts:

We are hiring for the following shifts:
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
- Per Diem to cover PTO and call-outs for all shifts
The starting pay rate is $22 per hour and will increase depending on your experience.

- Bachelor’s or above
- Mental health-related certifications
- 3+ years of residential mental health experience

In this position you will provide rehabilitative support regarding the care of a co-occurring population, ensuring that clients and staff have what they need to follow the lead of the Clinical Director and Program Director. Each shift will include general daily activities (i.e., waking clients, providing hygiene baskets, monitoring from a distance, doing chores, ensuring meds are taken, etc.).
In this position you will provide rehabilitative support regarding the care of a co-occurring population, ensuring that clients and staff have what they need to follow the lead of the Clinical Director and Program Director. Each shift will include general daily activities (i.e., waking clients, providing hygiene baskets, monitoring from a distance, doing chores, ensuring meds are taken, etc.).
Additionally, you will:
- Provide line-of-sight supervision to clients.
- Complete house-related chores as assigned.
- Strive to increase professional growth and effectiveness by completing all required training.
- Provide crisis intervention services when authorized and necessary.
- Maintain active participation with the clients as required.
- Prepare and monitor medication administration then document all details in KIPU.
- Document clients’ nightly activities, unusual behavior, and pertinent information in KIPU.
- Maintain open communication with staff, therapist, and Program Director.
- Encourage clients and promote positive interactions among peers.
- Carry out other responsibilities as delegated.
You will bring:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of experience in the social services field or patient care experience (residential facilities, medical assistant, etc.). We may also consider candidates with college coursework in psychology, social science or similar related fields.
- A valid California driver's license and the ability to pass and maintain a clean driving record check (MVR).
- Ability to obtain a clearance through Live Scan (background check), and complete a physical and TB test.
- First Aid and CPR certifications are required but can be earned through us prior to your start date, if needed.
- A genuine desire to work with adolescents.
- Good judgment, a positive attitude, dependability and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of regulations concerning mental health treatment is a plus.
- Working knowledge of mental health disorders, and/or treatment procedures for such illnesses is highly desired.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Internet, email, and MS Word.
- Ability to sit, stand, lift, and move up to 25 pounds as needed.
