Job Title: Residential/Combination Inspector (EVGR)
Location: Washington, DC

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of residential and combination structures for compliance with building codes.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and homeowners to address compliance issues.
• Stay updated on changes in building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Residential/Combination Inspector.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and inspection processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in construction or inspection preferred.
