Unique Landscapes & Custom Pools, a high-end custom pool and landscape construction company, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Residential/Commercial Luxury Pool and Landscape Project Manager to join our growing team. This office-based role is fast-paced and responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential and commercial custom pool construction. The Project Manager will manage project timelines, coordinate with subcontractors and in-house teams, order materials, and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. • Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of residential and commercial pool construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and schedule subcontractors and in-house crews for various phases of pool and landscape construction.
• Material Management: Order custom pool equipment, in-floor systems, and other materials for each project, ensuring timely delivery.
• Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential problems early in the production process and implement solutions to minimize delays and risks.
• Plan Review: Review blueprints and construction plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones.
• Budget Management: Review project budgets and timesheets to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
• Collaboration: Work closely with site superintendents to coordinate field operations and provide office-based support.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in the custom swimming pool industry required; commercial pool experience is a plus.
• Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience as a project manager in construction or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if equivalent work experience is demonstrated.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and construction plans. Experience using ProEdge Build and Excel for project management and scheduling.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, contractors, and team members.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and follow up to ensure project completion.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
