Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Carpenter with a passion for quality craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be integral to the successful execution of our residential construction and renovation projects. You will perform various carpentry tasks, collaborate with the project team, and help ensure that each project meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work on high-end residential projects, including framing, finishing, and trim work.
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Work independently when required, making sound decisions to maintain progress.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential carpentry.
- Proficiency in framing, trim work, and other carpentry tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
