Qualifications

• Must be experienced and proficient in creating and maintaining proformas, budgets, and cash flow projections for current and upcoming projects and communicate adequately and regularly to management and investors
• Provide comparisons and analysis of various financing options for deals
• Review and compare development work bids and provide analysis
• Maintain Commercial Insurance 
• Monitor overhead budgets and communicate status to appropriate parties
