Your Role:

As a Project Manager you will lead the execution of luxury custom homes, ensuring that every detail meets our high standards and client expectations. You'll oversee the entire construction lifecycle, collaborating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and the Nautilus team to deliver excellence on every front.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete project schedule, ensuring timely and seamless execution.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, architects, and designers, maintaining top-tier communication.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure they align with client expectations and financial goals.
• Enforce job site safety and quality control, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Provide detailed daily updates and reports, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed.
• Review and approve shop drawings, ensuring they meet project specifications.
• Problem-solve any challenges that arise during construction, taking a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Maintain and enhance Nautilus Homes' reputation for craftsmanship, client service, and luxury.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within the custom home building industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore certification is a plus).
• Strong ability to interpret and manage architectural, civil, and interior design drawings.
• Professionalism and communication skills that match the high-end clientele we work with.
• Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean driving record, ability to pass background checks, and participation in our Drug-Free Workplace Program.
