Crossroads Construction, LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson to lead the sales process from lead generation to project handoff. In this role, you will work closely with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth communication and project understanding. This position offers a base salary of $70K-$90K per year plus sales commission, with opportunities for growth in the design and drafting process.

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to Project Management handoff.
- Oversee and manage Level 1 & 2 Design Agreements.
- Handle the estimation process and ensure timely, accurate proposals.
- Manage and maintain the Buildertrend CRM sales platform.
- Serve as a primary point of communication with customers, project managers, and designers/architects.
- Collaborate with clients and architects to define project scope and ensure clarity.
- Clearly articulate the "what" and strategy behind the design and project scope.
- Provide clear communication on specification or development build opportunities.
- Grow into involvement in the design and drafting process.
- Effectively communicate the differences between fixed and flexible contracts.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Servant leadership skills, with a focus on helping clients and team members.
- 2-4 years of experience in residential construction sales or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise between clients, architects, and project managers.
- A humble yet confident leader who is accountable and can bridge communication gaps.
- A positive and friendly outlook, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices, methods for all trades, and residential construction products.
- Teachable with a passion for personal growth and industry trends.
