Residential Counselor - Merakey

We are seeking a Residential Counselor to join our team in our Springfield, PA location.



This posting is for Full-Time, Double Shift Weekends (Saturday - Sunday 7am - 11pm EST.)



Earn up to $17.30/hr.!



Position Details

The Residential Counselor will provide direction and assistance to consumers residing in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) programs.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:


* Assist with nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational.
* Transport residents to appointments and outings.
* Implement appropriate parts of each resident's goal plan as instructed by the treatment team or supervisor.
* Report the resident's progress to the appropriate clinician.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:


* High School Diploma or GED is required.
* One year of mental health experience with adults preferred.
* Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
