Residential Director - Mercer County, NJ
(Oversee 4-6 Senior Group Home Managers/Reports to Residential Administrator)
Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000
(Additional Annual Performance Bonus of up to $12,000)

Who We Need:
The Residential Director will report directly to the Residential Administrator and will be responsible for the overall operation and management of 4 to 6 residential group home managers. Responsibilities include:
- Mentor and coach your team to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement with emphasis on time management.
- Manage all operational budget accountability and resolution on an administrative level.
- Collect and present data from multiple sources, including vacancy reports, budgeting documents, staffing records, consumer-driven metrics, medical reports, etc.
- Uphold agency and licensing regulations to exceed standard of excellence.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's Degree not required, but preferred
- 3 - 5 years' experience as a manager and/or supervisor overseeing programs for Individuals with Intellectual/ Developmental Disabilities
- Excellent leadership, team development and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid Driver's License in good standing required
