Our Electrical Service Manager is tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training/coaching/development, retention, recruiting, and safety while driving key performance metrics and unparalleled customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of electrical residential service experience and 2+ years experience managing a team of service electricians. Optimally, you bring a leadership approach that effectively shapes a strategic vision to foster growth for both the department and company. You will be instrumental in building the core foundation of our electrical department- an AZ electrical license is required (or must be able to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities:What Will I Do?
- Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
- Drive the Electrical department sales through training and development of the field technicians
- Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
- Coach electricians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate and monthly truck revenue
- Provide a constant flow of product and sales training
- Promote lead generation
- Monitor and control call backs and warranties
- Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction
Do I have What it Takes?
- Electrical license preferred or ability to become a qualifying party
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (clean driving record)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Neat, clean appearance
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- An in-depth knowledge of Electrical systems
- Extensive knowledge in local codes and industry standards
- Be able to troubleshoot complex electrical issues to provide technical support to the team
- Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
- Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
