Required Skills for Estimator:

• Knowledge of construction materials
• Ability to read blueprints and perform takeoffs
• Strong math skills
• Good organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Good communicator and able to work as part of a team

Position Essential Job Functions:

• Clearly communicate and present estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, costs, and regulations to provide accurate estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project-related documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business.
• Can do estimates & related office work
