We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Residential Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in garage door repair service or a similar field, a positive attitude, and a love for learning. As part of Aaron Overhead Doors, you'll be responsible for delivering a "WOW" experience to our clients.

Compensation is based on skill level.

$50,000 - $80,000 yearly

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential doors and openers
• Uphold the "Aaron Overhead Door Way" in all service and customer interactions
• Utilize the Service Titan dispatch app effectively for assignments and communications
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless service experience
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement to stay ahead in the field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in door servicing or a related technical field
• Strong commitment to quality and detail-oriented service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to embrace the "Aaron Overhead Door Way."
• Proficiency in using technology and applications, specifically Service Titan
• Team player mindset and ability to work well within a close-knit group
