We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Manager to lead and support our HVAC technicians. If you are a motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, we want you on our team!
Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000 a year, depending on experience

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a residential hvac or mechanical background is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising technicians or field staff.
- Ability to lead and inspire your team to meet company metrics and goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to train and mentor the team in delivering advanced customer service techniques
- Ability to handle service operations, scheduling, and problem resolution efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
