Salary Range: $60000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

Servicing and Maintenance: Inspect, service, and repair residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnostics: Identify HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions to resolve problems.

Installations: Perform HVAC system installations, following best practices and manufacturer guidelines.

Customer Communication: Engage with customers in a professional manner, explaining repair options and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.

Valid HVAC technician license/certification in Texas (TDLR)

Prior experience in residential HVAC service and repair

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various environments

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
