COMPENSATION: $60,000 + commission

Expand your sales experience backed by the support of our design and installation teams in the following ways:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate leads through various channels. Enhance your networking, referrals, cold calling, and other marketing skills.
- Client Consultation: Embrace the opportunity to work directly with clients by conducting on-site consultations to assess their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Design Collaboration: Collaborate with landscape designers to create customized landscaping plans that meet clients' requirements and expectations.
- Sales Presentations: Expand your sales presentation skills to showcase Hively's expertise, portfolio, and the value of professional landscaping solutions.
- Proposal Preparation: Tap into your dedication to detail by preparing accurate project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and project scopes.
- Contract Negotiation: Build immediate trusting relationships with clients by negotiating contracts and terms with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process while lending your attentive knowledge of the industry to guide their projects.
- Sales Reporting: Using CRM software, create accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications, tracking and celebrating your progress along the way.
