Job Summary

.This position is a handyman type job. It includes, but not limited to, fixing minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC problems as well as drywall repair, door and lock issues and preventative maintenance. Continuing education and certifications paid for by company. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsibilities - Handle service calls and routine maintenance on properties
• This position is the backbone of the company. We take care of all the needs of or clients related to home service. It is critical to be professional, clean and well mannered when dealing with clients

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of home systems
• Knowledge of tool use
• Willingness to learn and grow 
• Problem solving
• Current drivers license
