 Residential/Multi-Family Superintendent

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction as a superintendent, preferably in a multi-family residential setting.
• Proficiency in various maintenance skills, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or property management software is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise projects from start to finish
• Ensure quality assurance, code compliance, and customer satisfaction 
Prepare and submit building permits
• Schedule and monitor trade partners during the entire construction process
• Coordinate with architects, trade partners, inspectors, and engineers
