As a Residential/Multifamily Electrician at Edge Electric Of WI, INC., you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on multi-family residential projects. You will lead a team of skilled electricians, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your expertise and leadership will play a pivotal role in our continued success.

• Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance and direction on projects.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Project Records: Maintain accurate project records, including materials used, labor hours, and progress reports.
• Communication: Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Project Planning: Participate in project planning and estimation as needed.

• License: Valid electrical journeyman or master's license.
• Experience: Proven experience as an electrician, with a minimum of 3+ years in multi-family residential projects.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.
