Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a subsidiary of IES Residential specializing in residential new construction, is seeking experienced Plumbers and various specialists to join our team.

Urgently Hiring: Plumbers, Helper, Phase Specialists, Sewer Crews, Rough In Specialists, and Three-Phase Plumbers across multiple counties in Florida.

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Paid piece rate compensation structure.
• Earn between $20 to $60 per fixture on straight time, depending on the phase of construction.
• Earn between $30 to $90 per fixture on overtime, adhering to legal overtime requirements for piece-rate workers.
