We are looking for a self-motivated professional who excels at managing projects independently without the need for constant oversight. This role is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in a high-quality, client-focused environment and can drive projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of high-end residential construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail throughout all stages of construction.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Problem-solve and make decisive decisions independently, keeping projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions without the need for constant oversight.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
