What does a Residential Rehabilitation Coordinator (Behavioral Health) do?

As a new Residential Rehabilitation Coordinator at Prologue Inc, you can expect a dynamic dual role focused on providing client-centered care and support and utilizing your leadership skills to support, train and educate the Residential Rehabilitation Specialists. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating and overseeing in-home services for individuals with mental and/or behavioral health needs and serving as the liaison for Corporate Leadership and the staff you'll supervise. You will work closely with clients to promote recovery, navigate co-occurring disorders, and ensure their safety and well-being. With a schedule of 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday + occasional night and weekends, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients and staff at different times to provide the necessary support and guidance. Your role will be instrumental in empowering the clients on their journey to wellness and independence, as well as the staff who will look to you as their knowledgeable leader.
