Primary Job Function: Home remodeling craftsman with hands-on experience in waterproofing and tile installation, demolition, drywall, trim carpentry, painting, LVP floor installation, doors and windows, siding repairs, and other residential maintenance/repairs.

Work Hours: 40+ hours per week plus some weekend work if available.

Pay: $22.00/hr - $40.00/hr depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
• Strong and thorough understanding of the workings of the home
• Professional pride in timeliness, quality of work, and getting it right the first time
• Must possess necessary power and hand tools to perform basic home maintenance (we provide some; you will need to supply the rest)
• Basic administrative, computer, and math skills to accurately prepare invoices and track paperwork
• Strength, balance, and agility to work at gutter-level heights and move around in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
