Ealy Construction is seeking a highly skilled Residential Remodeling Foreman / Skilled Carpenter to lead and oversee custom residential remodeling projects. This role requires a balance of leadership and hands-on carpentry expertise, ensuring that all projects are executed with the highest level of craftsmanship and completed on schedule. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple projects while stepping in to perform key carpentry tasks as needed.

- Oversee and manage multiple residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand project expectations, ensuring effective communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of project management, from material ordering and scheduling subcontractors to resolving jobsite issues and changes.
- Act as the on-site leader, delegating tasks to team members while also being prepared to step in and perform hands-on carpentry work (e.g., final punch lists, millwork installations).
- Review project plans, specifications, and change orders, ensuring complete understanding and execution of design-build details.
- Manage job site safety, adhering to all local building codes and ensuring the well-being of both the team and clients.
- Mentor and train team members, demonstrating superior carpentry skills and fostering a positive, motivated job site environment.
- Ensure the seamless coordination of all trades and project resources to keep jobs on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain detailed project records, including daily logs, material orders, schedules, and budget tracking.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure the final quality of all completed work, addressing punch lists and warranty issues as needed.
- Act as the point of contact between the client, subcontractors, and Ealy Construction, maintaining professional relationships.
- Step in to perform hands-on tasks such as kitchen installations or final touch-ups when necessary.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily labor needs and ensure all team members are properly supported.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Follow up on all project close-out procedures, including final inspections, punch lists, and client satisfaction reviews.
- 10+ years of residential carpentry and project management experience, with a strong understanding of custom remodeling and new construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and detailed specifications.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on both team motivation and customer communication.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and time management.
- Skilled in various carpentry tasks, with the ability to step in and perform work as needed to ensure project completion.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
