Guardian Home Improvements is seeking a qualified, professional, and energetic Residential Remodeling Production Manager to lead our Exterior Home Remodeling division. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate the production activities of roofing, siding, windows, and carpentry projects. • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with installation procedures.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of production employees involved in exterior home remodeling projects.
• Analyze production schedules, work orders, and reports to determine project requirements, production estimates, and output evaluations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth operations across departments.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee production sequences to meet project goals.
• Order materials and schedule deliveries for remodeling projects.
• Demonstrate work processes and safety procedures to new employees.
• Address employee concerns and resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to guide production teams.
• Maintain operations data, including time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports.
• Motivate employees and implement measures to improve production methods, product quality, and overall efficiency.
• Requisition materials, equipment, and repair services as needed.
• Recommend hiring and promotion actions.

• Experience and Education:
  • 4+ years of residential construction experience required.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams
  • 4+ years in project management within residential remodeling or design
  • Must be proficient at reading architectural, structural and MEP plans
  • Knowledge with project management software (such as Excel, Buildertrend, and Procore.)
    
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer and technology use.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
