Guardian Home Improvements is seeking a qualified, professional, and energetic Residential Remodeling Production Manager to lead our Exterior Home Remodeling division. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate the production activities of roofing, siding, windows, and carpentry projects. - Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with installation procedures.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of production employees involved in exterior home remodeling projects.
- Analyze production schedules, work orders, and reports to determine project requirements, production estimates, and output evaluations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Plan and establish work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee production sequences to meet project goals.
- Order materials and schedule deliveries for remodeling projects.
- Demonstrate work processes and safety procedures to new employees.
- Address employee concerns and resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to guide production teams.
- Maintain operations data, including time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports.
- Motivate employees and implement measures to improve production methods, product quality, and overall efficiency.
- Requisition materials, equipment, and repair services as needed.
- Recommend hiring and promotion actions.
- Experience and Education:
- 4+ years of residential construction experience required.
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams
- 4+ years in project management within residential remodeling or design
- Must be proficient at reading architectural, structural and MEP plans
- Knowledge with project management software (such as Excel, Buildertrend, and Procore.)
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential.

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer and technology use.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
