RESIDENTIAL REMODELING/RENOVATION SUPERINTENDENT : 

Position Overview: The Residential Remodeling Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the execution of residential remodeling projects from start to finish. This includes managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring quality, and maintaining communication with clients. The Superintendent ensures that the project timeline, budget, and standards are met.

Project Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple residential remodeling projects.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure a full understanding of the scope of work.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure all work is completed according to building codes and company quality standards.
