Great Lakes Roofing Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales of our roofing, siding, and exterior renovation services to residential and commercial clients. You will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. - Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by generating leads and conducting outreach to potential clients in residential and commercial sectors.
- Client Consultations: Meet with homeowners and business owners to understand their roofing and exterior renovation needs, providing expert advice on solutions that fit their budget and goals.
- Prepare Proposals: Develop and present customized proposals and estimates, clearly outlining project scope, materials, and timelines.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service, providing updates throughout the project lifecycle, and following up on inquiries.
- Close Deals: Work to close sales contracts, ensuring that all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the project management and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to continually improve sales strategies and offerings.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to the overall growth of Great Lakes Roofing Inc.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement industries.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients.
- Customer Service: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships long-term.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with roofing systems, exterior renovation services, and related products is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.
