- Engage in door-to-door sales to generate leads and build customer relationships.
- Conduct roof inspections to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Drive new business by actively prospecting and presenting Ridge Valley Exteriors' services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals while providing excellent customer service.
- Deliver clear and professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Attend training sessions to become a Certified Roof Top Expert, learning our products and services thoroughly.
- Contribute positively to the Ridge Valley Exteriors team culture, collaborating with fellow team members to achieve business objectives.
- Meet onsite the day of installation to provide customer service during roofing installation, reviewing details with customers, checking in, and closing out the project upon completion.
- A positive and outgoing personality that thrives in a customer-centric environment
- Strong drive and motivation to work hard and achieve sales victories
- Self-reflective with a willingness to learn and grow in sales
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and building trust
- Availability to work five days a week, with Saturdays being the most productive and rewarding
- Willingness to conduct roof inspections and engage in door-to-door sales efforts (training provided for effective door-knocking)
- Ability to set up ladders, climb on roofs, work at heights, climb into attics, lift 50lbs, and work in various weather conditions year-round
- Roofing sales experience is a plus, but not required (comprehensive training provided)
- Ability to pass a background check for employment
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- An iPad, laptop, and smartphone to get started
- Compensation and Earning Potential:
- 100% Commission-based
- First-year potential: $75,000 to $125,000
- Uncapped earnings: $150,000 - $250,000+ with effort and training
- $50k monthly sales: up to $500 gas reimbursement (with receipts)
- $100k monthly sales: $1,000 bonus
