Ridge Valley Exteriors, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our talented team in delivering top-notch Roofing and Gutter solutions. With a mission that extends beyond exceptional service, Ridge Valley Exteriors supports St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, contributing to the fight against childhood cancer. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee and drive sales performance, mentor the team, and create strategies for growth and success.

- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to sales representatives, ensuring their success.
- Set individual sales goals, track performance metrics, and report progress to upper management.
- Foster a positive, high-energy sales culture, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new sales team members.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in roofing, solar, and gutter services.
- Engage in door-to-door sales and train the team on generating leads and building customer relationships.
- Conduct roof inspections while training the team on assessing customer needs and recommending solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration & Customer Service:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Ridge Valley Exteriors at trade shows, industry events, and within the community to build brand awareness and drive business development.
- Meet onsite during roofing installations to review details with customers, check in on the progress, and close out the project upon completion.
- A positive and outgoing personality that thrives in a customer-centric environment.
- Strong drive and motivation to work hard and achieve sales victories.
- Self-reflective with a willingness to learn and grow in sales.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and building trust.
- Availability to work five days a week, with Saturdays being the most productive and rewarding.
- Willingness to conduct roof inspections and engage in door-to-door sales efforts (training provided for effective door-knocking).
- Ability to set up ladders, climb on roofs, work at heights, climb into attics, lift 50lbs, and work in various weather conditions year-round.
- Roofing sales experience required.
- Ability to pass a background check for employment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- iPad, laptop, and smartphone to get started.
- Compensation and Earning Potential:
- Annual income ranging from $125,000 to $250,000+
- $50k/month in total roofs and gas reimbursement up to $500 (Keep Receipts)
- $100k/month earns a $1,000 monthly bonus (Average job size: $14k)
