About the Job
House Supervisor
We are seeking an individual that is capable to work under direct supervision, of preforming work in accordance with established regulations, policies and procedures. This individual will provide support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities along with Mental Health and other disabilities in a community home setting. Complies with Chapter 6100/6400 Regulations, Department of Human Services standards and Exceptional Home care policy and procedures. Ensures the health, safety and welfare of the individuals supported.
The individual will act as a liaison between the Program Specialist, staff and consumers. All work is reviewed by the Program Specialist and/or Program Director through an evaluation of the timely and accurate completing of assignments.
House Supervisor is responsible and expected to recognize when an individual is in crisis and be able to utilize the appropriate psychiatric and medical back up plans/services. Also for maintaining a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment which fosters growth and rehabilitation and facilitates the development of independent Living Skills among the individuals served.

Responsibilities
- Supports the achievement of consumer's personal goals/outcomes
- Provide all assigned residents with ADLs in the areas of nutrition, self-care, routine medical care, any any required follow up.
- Implements consumer's community integration.
- Accompanies individuals with in-home leisure activities such as arts, crafts and board games.
- Completes documentation as it relates to their job responsibilities.
- Communicates and resolves individual concerns with the EHC Program Specialist.
- Complies with instructions along with individualized plans given by the Program Specialist/director/Behavior Analyst in the event of a crisis.
- Administer medications consistent with residents medication plans in accordance with state and agency medication regulations.
- Conducting monthly staff meetings
- Provides on call support for homes.
- Schedules employees/reviews time sheet
- Ensure compliance with regulations, documentation, polices and procedures

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
