POSITION SUMMARY:
Kickstart your career with plenty of room for growth alongside our fantastic team as a Front Desk Associate in Merritt Island.
As the welcoming face of our busy condo hotel, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our guests' first impressions. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions, from greeting guests to handling check-ins, reservations, and inquiries efficiently and professionally. You'll also be the go-to person for insider tips on Merritt Island, enhancing our guests' visits with your knowledge.
In our fast-paced environment, your ability to multitask calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment will set you apart. You'll work hand in hand with our dedicated maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure every aspect of our operations runs seamlessly, meeting our guests' needs with precision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly welcome guests in person and over the phone, ensuring every interaction is friendly and helpful.
- Patiently handle guest issues and assist with check-in problems, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Encourage guests to elevate their experience through thoughtful upsells.
- Coordinate with our cleaning and maintenance teams, ensuring rooms are impeccable and any guest needs are addressed promptly, contributing to a flawless stay.
- Oversee every aspect of the guest's experience to ensure it meets our 5-star standard.
- Use your operational skills and ability to leverage our technology to manage reservations and guest requests efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outstanding phone etiquette, ensuring every call is handled with professionalism and warmth.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to perform efficiently and calmly under pressure, providing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be comfortable and enthusiastic about learning new technologies, keeping us at the forefront of hospitality innovation.
- Familiar with Google Workspace and Slack is essential for day-to-day operations
- Knowledge of Guesty and Breezeway is a plus, eager to continuously learn and grow in our industry.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience and achievement
