Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Resort Shuttle Driver, responsible for operating minibuses, vans, lightweight trucks, and full-size trains, including mini trains for various activities. You will transport guests, clients, trainees, or company personnel, ensuring safe and efficient travel. - Transport resort guests along an established route.
- Transportation of team members to and from parking areas.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings.
- Onsite interoffice mail delivery.
- Assist disabled passengers in and out of vehicles.
- Operate radio or similar device to communicate with a base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
- Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
- Inspect vehicle every day prior to operation for safety hazards and vehicle maintenance and turn the inspection sheet to the department manager’s office.

Qualifications- CDL driver's license with passenger endorsement required.
- Must have one year experience in driving the class of vehicle operated and must meet all state and local licensing requirements.
- Must maintain satisfactory driving records and must take a mandatory defensive driving safety class.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Training for the full-size and mini-train will be conducted on the property.
