Resource Forecaster Analyst
- They are on the business side of Cyber - security is nice to have. not required
- Right hand person for Manager
- Maintain rolling forecast. Gather resource information. maintain budgets, enter TBH into Clarity
- Constant process improvement mind set/ need to be able to communicate up
- Detail orientated / excel / tableau /
Labor Analyst / Labor Recovery Analyst
- Maintain clarity database
- Report labor engagements in database
- Outreach for timesheets
- Best Practices and constant process improvement
- PM skills (not running a project)
- Detail orientated.
- Must be able to engage w/ all in enterprise. Great com skills.
- excel / tableau / dashboards
Skills:
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Office; experience with Clarity, Tableau, and Oracle Financial systems.
- Proven experience managing fast-paced, high-volume transactional work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with team members and partners at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong bias for action with resiliency and flexibility.
- Some Project Management
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Green Belt or strong Process Improvement / Automation
