Position Summary:
Examines patients with breathing-related conditions and conducts diagnostic testing. Consults with physicians to develop and implement a treatment plan for the patient. Performs physiotherapy and other treatments and teaches patients to use medications.
Reports to: Director- Cardiopulmonary Services
FLSA: Non-exempt
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree Required
***Diploma/Degree required on first day of hire
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications/Licenses:
CRT or RRT AZ State License required on hire
NBRC certification required on hire
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) required within 30 days of hire
