Respiratory Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct respiratory assessments and diagnostics.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory treatments (oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, mechanical ventilation).
• Monitor and record patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health.
• Maintain respiratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• Associate s/Bachelor s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Valid state licensure.
• CRT or RRT credential.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Hospital or clinical experience.
• Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
