HOURS/DESIRED SCHEDULE · Flexible schedule · Weekday/Weekend hours · 25 hours per week PAY · $14.13 per hour TASKS · Spending time with the youth in your home or the community · Assist youth in building life skills · Assist youth in building confidence and independence · Emotional regulation practice BENEFITS · Positive working environment/responsive employer · Job satisfaction by making a HUGE impact in someone’s life REQUIREMENTS* · Authorized to work in the U.S. · Criminal/Caregiver background check · Compassionate individual with care experience preferred · Valid driver’s license required · Reliable transportation w. ability to transport child *Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
