• Support the General Manager in daily operations: staffing, inventory, procedures.
• Lead food & beverage service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Cultivate a positive work environment: coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and develop plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health & safety regulations.
• Contribute to cost-control measures and ensure profitability.
• Participate in creating and implementing marketing initiatives.
