Title of Position: Assistant Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Assistant Restaurant General Manager is to supply support to the General Manager. The responsibilities of a Professional Assistant Restaurant General Manager observe, coaches, and develops staff using trainings and practices outlined by our Company standards of quality, timeliness, and service. The Manager is responsible for training, refinement of staff and team building through employee motivation and personnel recruitment. They control labor and food costs, build relationships with guests, handle guest issues and are a model of hospitality. The Assistant Restaurant General Manager will coordinate staff scheduling and product ordering with sales volume. This person will have a definitive objective of profitability and growth for both the Company and their own personal career. A Professional Manager will always lead by example demonstrating hospitality to the fullest.

Qualifications:

· The Assistant Restaurant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years

· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Assistant Restaurant General Manager

· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Assistant Restaurant General Manager

· The Assistant Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
