Overview of Expectations:
- Manage daily operations to maintain high standards in guest service and food quality.
- Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and control costs.
- Analyze Profit and Loss statements and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to align with sales volume.
- Ensure compliance with food safety practices and health regulations.
- Handle hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
- Protect company assets and adhere to control procedures.
- Lead and motivate staff to ensure efficiency and high morale.
- Implement local store marketing initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A High School Diploma is required; some college is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of restaurant General Manager experience in full-service casual dining.
- Must be ServSafe certified.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Strong understanding of P&L analysis, cash controls, and food cost calculations.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in computer-based programs and systems, including Excel and Word.
- Valid driver’s license and current car insurance.
- Must pass a background check.
