Qualifications:

- 3+ years of Manager experience in high volume, full-service restaurant, and bar.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Serranos' standards for excellence and hospitality.
- Hire, train, develop and motivate your team.
- Ensure proper staff, preparation, and vendor order par levels.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures.
- P&L Management.
- Support the General Manager in executing goals to achieve.
