Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Job Description: As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for all overall functions of a single restaurant. The Restaurant Assistant Manager will be fully responsible for guest service and will ensure satisfaction by following the daily management agenda. Our ideal candidate will have experience with a scratch kitchen full-service background. Selecting, training, and coaching a strong team will be the responsibility of the Restaurant Assistant Manager. Scheduling, mentoring and counseling the restaurant personnel will also be functions of our Restaurant Assistant Manager. A successful Restaurant Assistant Manager will lead by example and provide immediate feedback to ensure compliance with all state health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
