Our Restaurant Assistant Managers are responsible for the operation of the restaurant. Ensuring quality of food, enjoyment of guests, building a team, managing shifts and making sure the restaurant is running at peak performance at all times. Salary: $37,500 - $45,000 per year (Based on Experience) Restaurant Assistant Manager is generally a full time opportunity and offers excellent benefits. Requirements/Responsibilities Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities may include: * Assumes responsibility of coaching all employees per shift in all departments following job descriptions, policies and procedures. * Assumes responsibility for assigning weekly goals to management and assuring their completion, while accomplishing his/her own goals. * Minimum or two years in leadership role in the restaurant industry. * Must posses detailed knowledge of front and back of house management. * Must be fluent in budgeting, ordering, perpetual inventories and tracking, scheduling, interviewing, training and customer service. * Bilingual English – Spanish is very helpful * Must be able to stand for 10 hours * Must be able to lift 50 pounds * Available to work 50-55 hours per week * Good computer skills Restaurant Assistant Manager is generally a full time opportunity and offers excellent benefits.
