Job Overview:
Gecko Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and be a part of our leadership team at our Fort Cavazos location, located within the Fort Cavazos Military Base. Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards in food quality, service, and ambiance.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop store associates, ensuring the team is motivated and aligned with company values.
- Guest Experience: Foster emotional connections with guests by delivering exceptional food and service. Address guest feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Financial Accountability: Achieve store financial targets by managing costs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety and security for both guests and associates, ensuring compliance with health regulations and operational standards.
- Community Engagement: Promote the brand within the local community through outreach and positive interactions.
- Brand Alignment: Lead with integrity and intensity, working toward the fulfillment of our company’s stated vision.

- Proven leadership experience in restaurant or retail management.
