Position purpose: To provide excellent customer service to our customers
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks: (material responsibilities and essentials duties)
• Knowledge and use of POS systems, ordering and labor scheduling.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, with high emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Qualified individuals must be flexible to work all days/shifts/holidays, as needed.
• Develop and contribute to a professional service and sales culture.
• Manager is expected to back up all positions during peak times.
• Ensures and monitors acceptable employee performance.
• Communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional manner.
• Able to independently evaluate needs of Restaurant/guests and act to satisfy those needs.
• Reports to and works with the General Manager to assist in leading the operation of the restaurant and team of more than 40 associates.
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time

- PAID TIME OFF (PTO) – Full-time non-exempt employees begin accruing PTO at a rate of one week for the first year of employment, which can be used after 90 days of employment (.01925 hours per regular hour worked). The accrual rate increases to two weeks after two years of employment (.0385 hours per regular hour worked).
Qualifications: (minimum educational and experience qualifications, required proficiencies with specialized knowledge, required certifications, etc.)
• Prior restaurant, QSR or front and back of the house supervisory experience required.
• Experience and successful in positive sales, team and profit growth.
• Able to read and write English.
Special Position Requirements: (Any hazard, risk, security issue or related special conditions which apply to the position, i.e. chemicals used, equipment used, cash handling, etc.)
Some exposure to cleaning products, (bathroom and toilet cleansers, window cleaners, wax, wax stripper, graffiti remover, paint remover etc), paint, and other chemicals is required. Constant walking and lifting and setting down of full dishes, removal of empty dishes.
Must obtain California Food Handler Certificate within 30 days of employment
Must be able to successfully pass and maintain the ServSafe Certification
Equipment used: computers, glass handling, knives, hot beverage equipment, CO2
