Restaurant Assistant Manager - Donuts of Rutland

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at a Dunkin franchisee. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, managing inventory and supplies, training and supervising staff, and ensuring that all standards and procedures are followed.

On site location: Manchester, Vermont, USA

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Train and coach team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with scheduling and payroll processing.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations.

Salary Range: $17-19/hour
