Restaurant Assistant Manager - Patrice and Associates

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our fast-growing team. You'll support the General Manager in creating memorable guest experiences, leading a team, and driving restaurant success. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH), ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Be the first point of contact for hourly employees' questions and concerns, escalating complex issues to the General Manager when necessary.
• Coordinate catering events and special parties, monitoring sales and costs, and reporting any concerns.
• Assist with employee scheduling and staffing to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote excellent customer service and work to achieve sales goals while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a salaried manager in QSR, casual dining, or full-service restaurants.
• Proven stable work history with career progression.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic P&L knowledge, and employee scheduling experience.
• High-energy, positive attitude, and a passion for creating a winning team environment.
• Loyal, dependable, and driven individuals who are motivated to learn and grow.
• People-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
